These terms apply to your use of https://tevanscapes.com, operated by Tevanscapes (“we”, “us”). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

This website describes the softscape execution services we offer and shows a selection of work we have completed. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no page constitutes a binding quotation.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract between us. A contract comes into existence only when we issue a written quotation for your specific site and you accept it in writing.

Any indicative figures given in conversation, on this website or in preliminary correspondence are estimates for guidance only. Final pricing depends on site conditions, measured areas, material availability and access, and is confirmed only in a written quotation.

3. Project scope and site conditions

Our written quotation defines the scope of work. Conditions discovered after mobilisation that were not reasonably visible at survey stage — buried debris or services, rock, contaminated fill, inadequate water pressure at the source, or changes made by other contractors on site — may affect the programme and the price. Where that happens we will tell you before proceeding and agree the variation in writing.

4. Plant material and living outcomes

Plants, turf and grass are living material. Their establishment and continued health depend on watering, drainage, light, weather, pests and ongoing maintenance, much of which passes out of our control at handover.

We take responsibility for supplying material true to the agreed specification and for planting and installing it correctly. Any replacement obligation or establishment guarantee, and the conditions attached to it, will be stated in the written quotation for your project. Losses caused by failure to follow the maintenance schedule we hand over, by changes made by others, or by exceptional weather are not covered.

5. Maintenance after handover

Unless your quotation includes a maintenance contract, upkeep after the stated establishment period is your responsibility. We hand over a written maintenance calendar and, where irrigation is installed, train your team on its operation.

6. Project photography

We may photograph completed work and use those images on this website, in our portfolio and on our social channels. We will not publish your name, your address or any identifying detail of your property without your consent. If you would prefer we did not photograph your project at all, tell us and we will not.

7. Content on this site

All text, images, layout, graphics and design on this website are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, reproduce commercially, or use our project photographs or written content elsewhere without our prior written permission.

Articles on our blog are general guidance written from field experience. They are not a substitute for a site-specific assessment, and you should not rely on them alone for decisions about your own project.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site available and its information current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is free of error or omission. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our liability in relation to executed work is governed by the written quotation and contract for that project, not by these website terms.

Our handling of the information you submit is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the “last updated” date above will tell you when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
