Plant supply goes wrong in two predictable ways: what arrives is not the size that was specified, or it is planted in a way that guarantees a slow decline. Both are avoidable.
We buy direct from growing nurseries against a written schedule that fixes girth, height and bag size at the point of supply — not at maturity. Material is inspected before it leaves the nursery and again on arrival, and anything that does not match the schedule goes back.
Planting follows the same discipline: pits sized to the root ball, backfill enriched to suit the species, staking where the specimen needs it, and a watering regime for the establishment window. For architects and PMCs we can supply against your plant schedule directly and hand back a marked-up as-planted drawing.

What exactly does a "softscape execution partner" do?
We take the planting side of a landscape project from drawing to handover — grading, soil profiling, lawn, plantation, vertical gardens and irrigation. Architects and PMCs keep the design authority; we own the execution, the material quality and the delivery date, so there is one accountable party on site instead of five vendors.
Do you work directly with architects, builders and PMCs?
Yes — that is most of our work. We execute against your drawings and plant schedule, flag anything on site that will not survive as specified, and hand back as-planted and as-built records for your project file.
Will you also work directly with a farmhouse or villa owner?
Yes. For private owners we handle the whole scope, including the design decisions, and we explain the trade-offs in plain terms — for example whether your area is better served by turf laying or dibling.
How long does a softscape package take?
It depends on area and scope. A villa lawn with plantation and drip typically runs two to four weeks on site. Acreage with a full irrigation network runs longer, and dibbled lawn needs a growing season to reach full coverage. We give a dated programme with the quote rather than a range.
Should I choose lawn laying or lawn dibling?
Lay turf when you have a handover, possession or photography date — the lawn looks finished the same day. Dibble when the area is large, the timeline is flexible and water is metered, because material cost and establishment water demand both drop sharply. On mixed sites we often lay turf on the visible frontage and dibble the rear lawn.
